Jameson Asset Management has a minimum hold time of five years.

Do you guarantee a return?

    

No, Jameson Asset Management does not guarantee a return on capital invested and cannot guarantee future returns either.

What types of entities can I invest with?

    

Jameson Asset Management accepts the following entities: IRA, LLC, Corporation, Individual, Trust, Joint Registration, and Retirement Plan.

What is a K-1? Will I receive a K-1?

    

A K-1 known officially as a “Schedule K-1 (Form 1065)” by the IRS is a tax form issued annually for your investment in the partnership. “Partnerships file an information return to report their income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, etc. A partnership does not pay tax on its income but “passes through” any profits or losses to its partners.” For further details refer to the IRS website regarding K-1s . Jameson Asset Management provides all of its investors a K-1 annually.

What is the difference between an accredited investor and a non-accredited investor?

    

An accredited investor is a high net worth individual who’s earned income is over $200,000 annually or $300,000 with a spouse.

Has a net worth exceeding $1,000,000 excluding his/her primary residence.

If an investor does not meet those requirements, then they are a non-accredited investor.

Is there any risk involved?

    

Jameson Asset Management acknowledges that with any type of investment there is always risk involved to include loss of principal. However, Jameson Asset Management invests in proven markets with job growth and a growing population. Jameson Asset Management invests in properties for long term cash flow.

Who manages the property?

    

Jameson Asset Management uses a 3rd party management company with a proven track record to carry out the day to day operations. For each property, Jameson Asset Management implements a specific business plan.
